Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide a photo of the issue

  • We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Sale or clearance items
